Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management tool, which will give you absolute control over your email boxes and email campaigns. With this user-friendly interface, you can create a brand new email mailbox in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can redirect e-mail messages from one mail account to another, finetune email filters, set up autoresponder messages and defend your email boxes against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your e-mail boxes against junk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for emails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific email box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtering your incoming emails based on specific criteria set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly create a mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and specify the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Just specify the e-mailbox you want to redirect mail messages from, then select the destination e-mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your choosing to access your mailbox accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you would like to set up on your PC or mobile device and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail box account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager will also allow you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
